Step 1 Vacancy: We will come out to meet with you to get to know you, the whole you – your business, your goals, your environment, your culture – as well as your job profile and person specification. Step 2 Sourcing: We use all of the main job boards to advertise your vacancies as well as the key social media sites. With in-depth industry experience, we also have a network of candidates we can approach who may be interested in hearing about your vacancy.
Step 3 Interviewing: We initially conduct a telephone screen with all of our candidates before meeting with them face to face to conduct a thorough interview.
Step 4 CVs: If we feel the candidate is a suitable match for your role, we will forward you their CV along with a candidate profile based on the interview we have conducted. This profile will summarise their work experience as well as highlight what we feel are their key skills, drivers and behavioural traits.
Step 5 Feedback: We will seek feedback from you at CV stage as well as post interview to ensure we are supplying you with the best matched people for your file. Our communication is clear and transparent.
Step 6 Placement and beyond! : Once we have placed a candidate with you, we will keep in touch to ensure they are doing a good job for you and you are happy with how they are progressing. We seek to develop long term relationships with all of our clients.
